The overseas event took place at a comicon in my city. I really wanted to go and visit the author because BJ Alex was a series I liked so I told myself "let's read the other one too so I can be hyped about it w/ my friends and be up-to-date with this author!!"... Yeah no Jinx made me rethink paying to visit her, what is with this comic omg
There was a lot of toxicity in BJ Alex, but it still had its cute moments. Here? Toxicity galore. Both main leads are annoying and irritating to watch. One is the CEO of toxicity and "I am an unlikable asshole" that some people I know forgive just because he's handsome, the other is peak delulu and I have no clue how tf he's starting to like that asshole. Is this some sort of twisted alternative version of Stockholm Syndrome? The hell? The story feels repetitive too somehow a story can't just survive on toxicity repeated 2728 times, please give that Joo guy one good quality that isn't his looks please I'm begging you author

This was really fun to read! The only thing that doesn't make it a 5* for me is that the cropping of the panels was really bad sometimes (skipped entire dialogues and made things hard to understand sometimes), and the translation was a bit wonky at times, but the idea was nice and it was still a nice read :D
