She dreamed that when she would die instead of being properly buried the dwarves would put her in a glass coffin where they would treat her like a stuffed deer just looking at her whenever they wanted to. So she kills them thinking that they will do that to her when she dies. It's implied that it was an illusion of the apple given to her.
