OK it was a manga w multiple stories but it was all combined into one like oneshot(?) so there was like 100 or so pages in the one chapter with all the stories. i think it was the 2nd story in there it was a bl taking place in high school and the top had a pretty face with a lot of bandages and the bottom was taller, bulkier, had stubble, and had dyed long-ish hair that (for most of the story) showed his forehead. the bottom fell first and the top kept on like touching his stubble and the top had people “harassing” him and the bottom took it the wrong way thinking he was getting assaulted by these people but really it was just his old friends asking to play mahjong with him. He gets the scars and bandages because he works at a construction site and likes guys with stubble so he gets clumsy looking at them.
