I like this second lead. It’s actually very close to the natural progression of relationships in college. I’d root for them if this weren’t a predictable webtoon

It seems Juho and Miyeon have been forced into this co-dependent relationship by the circumstances of her amnesia and his knowledge of it.

This is quite sad if you think about it.

He is burdened with being her caretaker (notice he said he had no choice in becoming her manager) and not being able to venture into any interests, occupations, or hobbies of his own. Then, Miyeon is living life but barely at all. She thinks she likes acting and modeling, at least that’s what those around her keep telling her, but her amnesia prevents her from breaking free and truly getting to know herself.

As of now, we don’t know if they’re even friends outside of this co-dependency or if it just happened to end up that way because they’re constantly falling into this cycle of her forgetting and him picking up the pieces.

It’s quite melancholy.

I really hope we can see both of them grow as individuals before the author ventures into what will most likely be a romantic relationship. I hope they both get to know themselves before diving into togetherness.

I see a lot of potential! I hope the author develops the story with the depth it deserves!

Yall probably have never truly read a book (BOOK!) that wasn’t smut and that’s why yalls brains are fried. Sex-obsessed freaks that don’t know how to process a COMEDY with a subplot of romance with multiple arcs and multiple characters and an actual developing plot and a mc that somewhat resembles a real woman with aspirations and career ambitions and multiple relationships.

If you have a problem with this webtoon, YOU are the problem because this is a perfectly fine book, with great writing, character development, and plot progression. Like I said, your brain is just too fried to notice.

And if you’re going to say “I just don’t like it” then go freaking read a one-dimensional ass story instead of filling this comment section with your negativity and shallow takes about the writing or what “you” want. ITS NOT ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT! ITS A BOOK! ITS ABOUT READING WHAT THE AUTHOR IS PRESENTING TO THEIR AUDIENCE YOU FREAKS!

We really are in the age of anti-intellectualism.

I implore you to go read a real book or two to understand how writing functions damn it. To enhance your imagination, expand your reading comprehension and develop your knowledge about the world outside what YOU want.

He wants to be enough, he wants to be “normal” but he’s not, at least not for Yoomin. I say it’s tragic because he clearly loves her so much, but just not in the way that will ever satisfy her :( and she loved him so much, but left him when she found out his love wasn’t enough for her (not saying she’s a bad person for that bc we all have different needs!). It’s just sad. He essentially came out, bared his innermost conflict to the person he loves most and was still rejected. I hope he finds his own soulmate soon enough (hopefully it’s not hyundo’s ex bc that girl is actually toxic af). His love will be enough and even more for someone out there! I hope he gets hia own happy ending at some point:)

awww i wish the author kept seohyeok as the outgoing, caring, affectionate friend he was, and not the typical “male bff who is actually secretly in love with fl.” What a shame. Their friendship now has been tarnished not only bc he acted desperate at the cafe, but bc her hubby constantly makes snarky remarks abt him, which is obviously feeding her to be more self conscious around her friend.

I just really loved everything before this major cliche was added:/

Anyway….. i hate that sujin bitch. This story is kinda becoming more and more cliche i think it would’ve been golden if it was a ahort story centered on their romance arc (which could have ended at the honeymoon episode w them cknfessing their love) lowk getting dragged out now. The characters slowly morphing into classic cliche archetypes. For example, that sujin girl was pretentious and clingy from the beginning, but they were in the same friend group…that was completely dropped, and now in ep 19 there’s all the dramatic lighting painting her as this evil seductress who’s going to get her way no matter what….uhhhh lol. Not every story needs a “villain”
