When everyone said to skip chapter 15, I expect it to be extremely sad and depressing. But honestly, when you think about it a bit differently, it was also a happy ending. Now they can be together forever in afterlife (heaven etc) The phone calls were an experience which made them let go of their regrets and find out the truth.
But they both wouldnt be in the after life cuz he was able to change the past and he didnt get killed. The author was the one to get killed in the end.

I feel like the author should have kept the 2nd couple as Shounen Ai. (atleast for that chapter) The art club couple was totally innocent and sweet. So to me, the sex kinda ruined it. I think it would have been better if there was 2 chapters for them. (One with only kiss and a sequel chapter with actual sex)
Also, I feel bad about the 3rd couple. Currently they are more on the childhood friend turned to sex friend level, not as lovers. Jun feels guilty about making Tomo(?) do him. He lives with the guilt of having such a fetish. (I wonder if it was natural or caused by some sort of trauma) Tomo still hasn't made him understand about his feelings properly. (They are both clearly in love!) This story should have been a totally separate comic! (With atleast 5 chapters!)
