Cirrus being an unreliable narrator because of his cynicism just makes sense. I was honestly confused as to why he perceives Chan-il as someone who hangs out with loners bc he pities them (as if he's saying it as a bad thing like it boosts Chan-il's ego) until Skylar said that it's like a good thing that he likes about Chan-il. It made me realize that Cirrus is being an unreliable narrator because we have seen through Cirrus' POV abt Chan-il in like a lot of panels and chapters (from him questioning "What does Skylar even like about Chan-il?" in the early chapters to his backstory with Chan-il & even him telling Skylar that Chan-il pities Skylar) and it's very different from how Skylar perceives Chan-il which makes him unreliable because it's like he's telling the viewers that Chan-il sucks even if in reality that is not how other ppl in this manhwa sees him and there's a chance that Chan-il hangs out with "loners" out of his good heart. I mean you can really see the difference in their POV based on their past. Cirrus thought that way because he grew up feeling unloved and betrayed by the people who treated him right, while Skylar thought that way because he personally experienced being left out.
Personally, i think Chan-il's just being friendly and he doesn't like it when someone's being left out which I believe is not a bad thing because maybe he's just raised that way or conditioned that way given his upbringing. But idk lemme know y'alls thoughts

i feel like Seul didn't suffer enough to deserve Jun's forgiveness. Also, i hate how they never talked about Jun's depression and withdrawal from his baking interests after being rejected in highschool because that thing is really serious. Jun said he has moved on from it but it's important for them to talk about it so Seul could understand how his words affect other people. But i guess he still didn't learn his lesson because he's kinda an asshole to some people in the story (Dongha). Speaking of Dongha, i wish his arc could've been written better and the author shoulda made it into something mature like "Seul helps Jun reject Dongha by having a healthy and meaningful conversation during lunch/dinner" which can show that rejecting someone can be done in a nice way (bc yk we have seen that Jun has been rejected twice, both in a really bad way) and this can serve as a character growth for Seul too given that one of his main flaws, besides being sexually confused, is his lack of respect to people bc he's easily swayed by his emotions. Seul being an asshole to Dongha kinda put him in a bad light for me. I understand that he's just protecting his relationship but come on now. There is a nicer way to do that. (tho ik Dongha is in the wrong too).
still rated this 4/5 stars because i can see Seul's desire to be better for Jun like he wants to be understanding and outgoing so that Jun wouldn't feel uncomfortable with him and not be a trouble for Jun. he's not really a perfect seme, he's kind of a yellow flag because he might be affectionate and caring but their sex feels so one sided and he doesn't really respect Jun's wishes during sex which is selfish because sex is not only about pleasuring yourself, it's also about understanding your limits and your partner's limits and being concerned if they're hurt or uncomfortable about something (a manhwa did a better take on this: Chapter 15 of "You and I can't do this")

the seme is trashhhh!!! i hate how he always has the upper hand and always takes advantage of every situation. esp the fact that he knew that Yubin has a crush on him. he knew that Yubin wouldn't refuse to have sex with him because of this and he really used that as an advantage to sleep with him. i also hate that he's always pushing Yubin to "teach him" and that he'll only stop when Yubin becomes honest as if he's putting all the blame to Yubin as to why they're relationship couldn't escalate from being just sex buddies. like gurl you're not even honest yourself.
also the fact that he gets with every girl that has taken a liking to Yubin is very weird behavior. i hate that scene where he cried when he got caught by Yubin kissing Yubin's GF like b!tch has the audacity to cry when he's really the one in the wrong. it's so weird it's like he wants to deprive Yubin from experiencing romance and from exploring his sexuality. it's giving controlling vibes. maybe that's why b!tch got f*cking mad when he knew that Yubin had his first time with the blue haired guy because it's out of his control. if he had known about it back then, for sure he would've sleep that guy too back then.
also i hate how he always acts so cutesy everytime he messes up because he knew that Yubin would easily forgive him if he does that. it's like he gets his way every damn time everything comes easy for him while everything is so much harder for our MC who lichrally suffered bc of his sexuality but sUre it's his fault for not being honest. that ain't ittt. i don't like how they never discussed why Ginu thought the BL manhwa was weird. it's like one of the major reasons why Yubin didn't confess to him when they were in HS.
i read this because i have hold off this manhwa for a very long time and i got curious as to why it got hyped back then. before reading this manhwa i kinda regretted not reading this back then bc i missed out on the hype. but now i regret that i wasted my time reading this ://

i want Dan to enter his villain era SO BAD. ion want him to be like DG who instantly forgave jiwon like tf.

heavy on DG. usually w mangas/manhwas w chasing and redemption arc like this, i usually skip to that part. bj alex was the 1st fcking manhwa which i really read from the start so i was disappointed by how short that redemption arc was. the pain jiwon felt was just like an ant's bite compared to what dg felt. i have hope the author wont pull that shit w jinx here bc theyve been saying that the more hurt in the beginning, the better the satisfaction later on so, at least we have that
girly pops really had his hair cut after they broke up temporarily LMAOO the details and subtleties in this manhwa are so goodd
