It's not a spin off, both are manhwa adaptions of stories that are part of the same universe, written by the same author. Some characters appear in both.
Both are parts of different series, well only one is part of a series so far, the Millers at the moment have 4 novels and one to be released soon. Seems she wants to get the Millers done first before Angel and Keith's half siblings. And there are also 3 more stories that are part of this universe.
They showed Chase only once in KML, but well he looks kind of strange.:D KML and KMUYC are drawn by different artists, but are witten by the same author as I mentioned.

I can see why folks starting to feel bad for Ratsha or whatever her name is. She literally just going further down the rabbit hole, digging her own grave, causing her own misfortune, causing her both her children. Now she slightly mentally ill and can’t even care for her newborn child. Like literally tossed that baby and now may not be able to see her again and that part kinda makes me sad because even tho she made the choice to abandon her first child, she always wanted to raise one and she thought this one was gonna be the one. She’s pretty pitiful just as she is pathetic
