I know some people are just going to be boring and say no, but the university decided to shut off the water system so I can't take my second shower of the day.

TLDR: Spam VISA and Mastercard at your country's local VISA/Mastercard email/phone number and tell them to stop policing content, because they might DELETE ao3.

Recently, VISA and Mastercard has decided that they have the right to police what we, as consumers, consume by threatening to pull out of Steam and Itch.io if they continue to sell NSFW content.

This has been established with how both Steam and Itch.io have started to take down games that have any form of content that is somewhat concerning, it does not matter the message or intent.

And while, I know we all do not buy games and pirate like living hell, please consider the fact that these are payment processing companies, which means that any website that uses any form of transaction is screwed if they host anything these COMPANIES determine as being "wrong".

Which, if you didn't know, includes Ao3 and any site that basically can accept a donation as well.

They started with Steam and Itch.io, they will continue unless we prove that a bunch of loser low lives from Australia cannot possibly scream as loudly as how many times I am going to jam their fucking call center.

Anyway, please email them, and if you are too lazy you can just spam the canada branch as well at [email protected] and [email protected]

Like, I'll open a title, and be like, ok yeah I can tell what's going to happen for the next two hundred chapters and then I'll just shut it and move on.

Even the "good" ones that everyone swear by. It's the same thing over and over again, and there's no attempt to like even be slightly different. Or, if there is... it's such a cheap attempt that it basically doesn't count. And like people come to me talking about how good said BL is, but when I read it, I can actively list every single one that I have read that is similar in some way shape or form.

The last original BL that I actually liked was Ooe and that's not even a manga, but a visual novel.

And the last time a fictional malexmale couple genuinely interest me was Phainon and Mydei from a game... that isn't about gay people.

Like how is HSR is making me kick my legs, but the yaoi I read for yaoi purposes doesn't?

I'm not asking for suggestions. I have stuff to read, it's just I'm realizing that none of it is actual manga, but either ao3 or visual novels.
