I still don't get it, if the one who's been stab the real Ciel, then why is Sebastian approach the twins?
And there's no way our Boccama do that by his own decission, I think his twins have a part on it.

Since the beginning I really want Kan-Chan and Shuuna meet with Yumi.
I mean, I really hate the way Kan-chan treat Yumi while they're a lover and he never apologize to Yumi after all he done to him.
He leave a scar on Yumi body (burn scar), and Yumi have a big heart to accept that treatment from Kan-chan.
I mean, Kan-chan should have told Yumi about the thing that happen to him at work and I believe Yumi will understand it.
And after this Shuuna will feel insecure again just like when he saw Yumi and Kan-chan picture.
