Me either. I adore Alsia. But the girls are doing their part well too (Samanda finding the right contacts and our pink haired assistant, annoying she may initially seem to be, is actually quite the comic relief which is refreshing.)

I think female readers tend to be so narrowly highly critical of women in mangas or manhwas where there is a highly competent male lead. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

It's not that they're useless but sometimes girls are hindrance to the growth of the MC. Some FL was portrait as annoying with their personality (shouting, demanding and clingy) which literally isn't favorable with some readers. Also I don't they it's only GIRLS who hated woman in ever isekai, there are males who hated those kind of attitude and personality. Let's take for example Omniscient Readers Viewpoint which all Female characters are likable and loved by everyone. None of the characters receive hate because they can withstand for themselve and they can walk side by side by the MC. They aren't annoying as they have strong mentality. They aren't just some useless characters which go like "Dokja go and stand aside Im stronger than you" or "fite me" or go simping over the MCs.

Well in this case there's no point to comparing characters by their battle strengths. There's literally no battle. And the girls are the ones giving MC connections to help his growth.
Although I do get your point, it is not always like you said.
In The Undefeatable Swordsman the readers hated a woman who JUST SHOWED UP. Without having a line or meeting the ML. They also hated the royal woman for being weak, although she is one of the strongest characters mentally. (She isn't a martial artist, so she lacks the physical strength.)
In Otherworldly Sword King's Survival Records when the wyvern turned into a woman, she received hate from the readers. She's one of the most well written characters in the manhwa.
In Solo Leveling hunter Cha received hate for having feelings for the ML. She is an S-Rank hunter, stronger and nore capable than ML's friend.
Even in Berserk, there are people who can't accept Farnese's redemption arc, but would simp for Serpico any given day.
It is unfortunately mainly the fenale audience who hate on the girls, imo it's because the MLs are good looking in their manhwa/manga and they don't want fictional competiton, as they would be in the way of the "sexy lone wolf" character trope

I haven't read some of this manhwa/ga but I think I know what you mean. As for SL some fans doesn't like the romance of the story and it's not only girls who hated it (well it's mostly girls). The story line of SL is good but the sudden romance ruined the plot line. After all many fans are expecting Jinwoo to be with Juhee as she was with him since the very beginning so I think that is why they aren't really in favor for Hae In. Also some people I met said that Hae in is good but the fact that she goes "Kyah Kyah" over Jinwoo when in the 1st season she's so badass is one of the reason why they're drifting away of liking her. Some expect him to be a badass lonewolf which is Im against with (he deserve to be with someone). As for SKSR I haven't really notice people hating over Ephyr since I only read some positive feed back towards her. (￣∇￣")

Also I can understand you about that hating because she "Showed up". In the manhwa "The Great Mage returns after 4000 years" some fans hated Isabelle calling her useless and such which literally buffled me since Isabelle isn't a bitch but she's a rare woman with potential. There's no annoying attitude in her personality but why do they hate her ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

PREAAACH the energy readers have on hating fictional women should have the same energy as hating ACTUAL badly written characters

BUT GIRL NO especially if said badly written character is male has a dick and has the same 'handsome' design that we seen 50 manwhas/mangas ago.

I remember reading a yaoi manhwa which was sooo hyped up

(i accidentally sent it before finishing)
But it was just bad. No real plot, no depth to the characters and just no good points to it at all. But the hype lived on because the sadistic ML looked like Jumin from Mystic Messenger

They always use the "iN tHe nOvEl" card. Like stfu people this is manhwa which literally added another path. That is why she was there because she was needed for the plot. Just because she wasn't in the novel doesn't mean she shouldn't be in the manhwa （￣へ￣）

We literally learnt in school that a good adaptation is not a copy of the original work. It needs to be adjusted, expanded or some parts even cut short in order to fit the new medium and reach its audience.
