Personally, I like her tandem with Eunte. It's not just some forced pairing, Eunte actually has a purpose and his own motives. And his role in Hayan's story makes sense too. OP pureblood she may be, Hayan is still a young girl whose father tried to hide her from the rest of the world. She would have trouble finding all the intel she would need to deal with the Lions on her own. Eunte can provide her exactly that.
