Seth just reminds Henry of his love for Sam. Deep down Seth is a replacement for Sam. The way with the basebal hat and the way he acts. He should just be fair to Seth and be clear, Seth is just a stand in. It would be harsh to lead him on any longer. Especially now Sam is free again. To me it seems Seth is only introduced to put some conflict in the story where it is all about Sam and Henry.
