(Not a spoiler since it's mentioned in the latest chapter) It's the son of the President of Dream Entertainment. It seems the president is ready to step down from his position and everyone was expecting he would pass the position onto the man he so enthusiastically recruited from the US (this being Jay) who has also been the president's most loyal supporter, but now it looks like he wants his own son to take over instead.
Unfortunately, he can't just pick whoever he wants to become the next president. It has to be approved by the board which is made up of shareholders. Whoever has the majority of shares, has that power and can give the position to someone entirely different (such as Chairman Kim). Dream is in the midst of a major power struggle, with both the president's and Jay's positions becoming weaker by the day as Chairman Kim makes his moves and gains power. jay is working very hard to keep the company in the right hands. If Chairman Kim manages to take over, they know he will ruin the company because he knows ZERO about the entertainment industry. Plus, he's just a horrible... thing. Kim's knowledge and wealth comes from being an arms broker (weapons dealer)
