I still love Abel's personality but why did they author have to turn him into essentially a little girl

I mean duh, the body he reincarnated into is weak which is the very reason he was able to do that in general. The new body has obviously been coddled since a child due to his sickness which causes him to be smaller than the rest. I think in the future chapters they will change abel s appearance :)
They have to give Abel a very fragile appearance to show and emphasize how weak he became compared to his original body. He’s supposed to be small and thin af to show that he’s sickly. Are you expecting to be like his old body and be on the verge of death all the time?
haha yeah you're right. It just kind of freaks me out how young he looks so I wish the author had kind of kept him adult looking (idk how old his body is now. He could still be an adult ig despite the fact he looks like that. Anyway Abel was only 18
Fair assessment, but as a novel reader I will say that the twins body is supposed to be 20. This surprised me too, but on paper Abel and the Prince are now roughly the same age
