It must be very odd from the ml's pov since this guy who helped raise him is telling him they used to sleep together???? What a weird way to put it. I would probably say smth like 'We knew eachother ' not 'we slept together'????
the novel ends so bad but the manga so far has already presented zigril in a much more positive light, at least for Kay's perspective. In the novel he hates him. Here , it's obvious he doesn't. Anyway, fingers crossed

I don't want to sound prejudiced or rude but I feel like I'm not making too big a leap here when I say that in lots of east Asian bl there's like a 95% chance of non con so is it seen as less of a concern in that part of the world? Or is it just these authors? Someone please let me know

I have read the novel, don't remember how or where sorry but nothing you can't do without some searching! Anyway zigril seems way nicer ! If you think he's bad now, he's way worse in the novel. Some really bad scenes will come up soon but since this has already deviated from the novel hopefully they won't include those scenes
I love them because they feel so raw and genuine. The characters have great chemistry where you can tell they've come to like eachother but they're very mature and adult about it where they just decide individually that they're in a relationship without confirming to the other, they just know that they are. They don't cause a fuss or have a tantrum when they don't like something they either talk about it or decide that they can't be bothered and just leave to cool off. And when they do talk about it or when Shin figures it out he makes sure Jake knows he's angry but is never actually mad because he loves him! They're both flawed but they don't care that the other one is. They both just want a genuine relationship which was why shin was so angry because he felt like that's what he had and then lost. I love them!
