Eunho is scared of losing someone who was with him from childhood, because he cant imagine how their relationship would look if they ever broke up, and even if he feels something he is scared of losing best friend.
Dohyeon loves him that much that he cant imagine to stay only as a friends, he thinks if he would do anything for eunho when being in realtionship with him they would never break up.
He wants him for himself only and he wants to be with him even if it means losing him in the future after break up.
I guess none of them is problem, i think problem is because eunho is afraid and not really confident in relationship especially gay relationship and dohyeon does anything to look like a couple with eunho but he never said "i like you" or "i love you" so maybe thats why eunho is not confident because he is scared that dohyeon is not really in love with him
