This author is so good at portraying psychological affliction and complex emotions. ++ I love when characters have actual conversations and share about themselves, talk about life so naturally. The elegant writing is something I've only found in this work and Ouroboros (so far) and the feeling is unmatched.
Yes! I read Ouroboros and they portray human complexity so well. Like love and hate and how there intertwine.
This manhwa. This manhwa is as if you are playing a visual novel dating sim and each time you get to pick a dialogue option, you, the MC, pick the worst possible choice. Then the game circles back and gives you a second chance only for you to pick the same option. You go in circles.
This manhwa is as if the writer had amnesia and couldn't remember what the MC said in the last chapter, directly contradicting their own dialogue and thoughts five seconds later.
This manhwa is anxiety inducing because every character makes the worst possible decision in expressing their emotions and makes me want to slam my head into a wall. Even after crushing my brain with plaster I'd have more brain cells than every character combined.
The two love interests were the only good part of this manhwa, and were done entirely dirty by Jooin completely fucking with their emotions and treating them like dirt.
I'm so mad at that boy RAHHH what an annoying ass story. Yahwi and Cain, you deserved better and I will never not be mad about this. Goofy as hell.
The slow burn is frustrating but like in the best way...! just think about the satisfying re-read after it's all said and done.. it's gonna be legendary (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ this shi is peak

Yeah that's true. I feel like a lot of the time though people have speech patterns or habits that make it possible to identify them. But I guess they haven't talked a whole lot irl so maybe our MC just hasn't really noticed. Plus it's not exactly something one actively thinks about while talking to online friends haha

Dear TLs ilyvm however sometimes the thin black text with white outline is hard to read (i.e. beginning of the chapter in flashbacks). Making it bold or just doing white text would work a lot better (I do typesetting, I don't mean this in any hateful way, just for accessibility reasons) It also might just be me tho...! Much love
The black text with the white outline is originally from the official raw chapters, so I do try to implement it and incorporate it into my translations.
But seeing this—yeah, I'll keep that in mind.
