it would've been so interesting if jaekyung was the main character of jinx and we knew everything from the start, and as the story progresses we get to see him navigate thru life and either fuck things up or do something worthy for once..

this is why u have to keep reading and look for more context because they are no way in hell related to eachother (the way some of u make it sound) bc if u actually dive deeper into the themes of the story instead of just looking at surface-level dialogue and assuming that their actually uncle/nephew bc MC's mom says they are, then you'd realize that the MC is the son of a drunkard gangster and a rich woman who so happens to be the sole daughter of a lady that re-married to the ML's father.. MC's mom simply introduced MC as her "son" (whom's life she was never present in) as the ML's nephew to try and curry-favor ML into taking him in for a shortwhile.
they aren't even family, it's more like an agreement upon certain people to portray themselves as a "family" for conglomerate appearances. that's how it is with generational chaebols.
the plot of this story has alot of potential but it wouldve been even better if they managed to execute it well
i want the bottom to be more stalkerish and obsessive and die-hard for the top because right now their relationship just seems so... normal!! i want him to be even crazier for the top bc tbh they kind of just look like a regular green flag couple
