No wonder Lehman or Governor is alone in the pairing. As an old shoujo/harem/whatnot fan, if one is alone, a said "member" or close to the main lead, something FISHY is happening boy.

If we're following their abilities and everything, Helene and Juana are the only true Princess. Helene is more like a cursed princess and she doesn't have much of an ability(only base on the updates), and Juana, what are we even trying to explain, she's practically a bonus for those witches since her given ability is too useless, we practically also forget about it.

Is this really done? Well, I can see see it ending that way but the other is still ongoing but with only one chapter as well?
