Honestly nothing is wrong with the blonde haired girl for now. Everyone thinks the mc is a weakling, so she threw him to safety and engaged in battle to protect the people. She stood up because she was the "only one left" and if she didn't try to use her remaining power to stop the vampire, it would kill everyone.
