I read somewhere she didn't mean for him to turn out that way...but all wishes have a catch as we saw with Seraphina for example. Also read a comment from one person that said that it's fine he might be an undead but apparently he has free will and is still handsome lol. this is the BEST book i’ve ever read every character is written so thoughtfully i like how the fact the dads written. yes he’s bad but i like how it’s not generalized like js cuz he’s bad to karen (in some life’s) doesn’t mean he’s bad to his daughter (like he’s actually human not js made to stir trouble it feels like) most stories would’ve prob done that but i like that detail and how sometimes he pities her, or does something “nice” in some life’s but then others he’s brutal with that sick justification i js like how he’s not like automatically evil to her (im not saying he has a reason im saying i like how he wasn’t written to be like muah muah haha i hate karen lemme slime her ass out
It's low-key why I love characters who come back to life multiple times. It gives a huge opportunity to see how complex human nature really is. It's worrisome in a way because when there's repetition of lives people get minimized to just their actions, but this comic addresses it, and works to slowly disprove that in its own way.
