I just read the raws and I'm utterly at a loss for words. I was expecting this to be, "Oh, I misdiagnosed you, you don't have a terminal disease. Congrats, go and spend your life with your lover", type of story but boy, was I wrong.
This is a true tragedy.
MC became more frail as time went on and eventually committed suicide while vacationing at an inn with ML. (I'm quite unsure but they were travelling.)
ML followed him, thereby also committing suicide at the same place, the same way, right after he found out that MC was missing from their bed and committed suicide.
Yeah, that's the ending.
I enjoy tragic endings a lot, but this is just too...
MC had never said "I love you" back to ML even in his last breath. And, just imagine how painful his sister and mother might have felt.
It would have been better if he had just passed away due to his disease and had a proper closure with people around him instead of dying like this.
I know being terminally ill is one of the most sickening things one can experience but I find the MC quite selfish. I don't know anymore. I don't want to say this but it's so stupid of ML to commit suicide just because his lover did so. I know MC was all ML had and their history but you know... Forget it, I don't even know anymore.
But yeah, even death couldn't separate them for sure. How romantic (sarcasm)
