Well, we don't quite know that he poisoned the MC at this point (unless you're reading spoilers somewhere). I definitely think he's showing some serial killer traits with the animal abuse (murder?), but I'm still unsure if he's completely gone off the edge and actually tried something with the MC beside the bullying attempt.
Remember that the MC ruled out an attempt by him by saying that just drinking something wouldn't develop stomach ulcer perforation out of nowhere. I'm not ruling it out completely, but the author is giving us enough wriggle room to go in another direction too.

Well, I don't deny the dog part, but it's not proven he caused the stomach ulcers, although it's possible. But stomach ulcers are usually caused by bacterial infection.
well it’s true I assumed he was behind the stomach ulcer incident bc I thought the author made it fairly obvious that sangmin is the main antagonist of this story, but I guess I was the only one. Sure it might not have been him but it’s confirmed he abuses animals so? U guys want a BL between a psycho and normal person? This isn’t killing stalking.
