In the beginning it feels like a slog, because there's more slice of life moments and less plot, then at the end of ch85, we finally get hit with the plot of the manhwa. It was so unexpected it took me by surprise.
Like, there's not much warning of this around the beginning, only in the second half or final third do you learn there are apparently demons in this world that the lead characters will have to face.
The only saving grace is all the family time and how the MC's twin is always there for her. Because she's an average child, especially when compared to the MC, and she doesn't get a lot of the undercurrents of what's going on most of the time (tension between their parents, etc), she's clever in her own way and seems to read the MC very well. Even though her sister is strange to everyone else, Eciel loves Claire unconditionally, which is nice to see.

i thought it's supposed to be slow story? i already used to the pace and now it suddenly changed so I dont like it. it's different if they have promised since the start that it's going to be action drama love hate relationship but they didn't right.
also the title lmao. if they will make the father to be background character later they shouldn't make specific title like this
if suddenly i became princess webtoon changed its title into daddy princess it'll be okay bc the important plot always has been about the father.

It's better than I thought in the beginning. By the end a lot of things make sense. This is a spoiler but there's a misunderstanding about the ML, he's not just some psycho (though he did attack the holy knights around FL, he doesn't kill any of them, and he's able to act rationally later after a talk with the FL so he stops attacking people randomly.) He's actually not a bad person, he himself doesn't know why he wants to be with FL either but he remembers later (they met each other in the previous life.)

I'm sorry, but even with this spoiler, I can't stomach reading past chapter 12 because even until that point the ML is still giving a terribly bad impression with no redemption in sight. It's so hard to imagine they'd have a good romance later, especially since FL is annoyingly braindead sometimes, see-sawing from being rightfully repulsed by him and being attracted for no convincing reason. Thanks for providing the feedback about how this story progresses though, that direction is something at least

So, I found the raws for this (paid site though)

It's complete at 123 chapters, finished in Dec 2023, there's just no one translating it.

I'm still waiting for those bonus chapters (-.-) but after finally reading the complete story years after I first started it, I can understand why things are the way they are, including the FL's frustrating personality.
To be honest though, I was mostly reading this for Kairak so when he went out of the picture from around chapter 100+, returning only at the end (with some sprinkling in between for plot purposes) I lost a lot of interest in the story. I skimmed through the chapters, ignored just about anything that wasn't dialogue and only read enough to understand the plot.
Well, high fantasy manhwas are always frustrating and a little weird to me (high fantasy in general, actually, which is why it's not a favorite genre of mine) so all things considered it's still a pretty solid story.
I did, however, note how Kairak grabbed Reana's butt multiple times in this manhwa he did that more than they kissed, which looked to be twice, though it's covered by darkness both times.
I'm not to the latest chapter yet (122 after taking a break on this for 3-4 years) but I hate it when authors tell us a character is smart and has them doing non-smart things most of the time. Or, when they over explain things to prove their smartness.
