It is, unfortunately. Volume 5 of Hidoku Shinaide is dedicated to Akira and Naoya's story, so when sensei resumed Nemu and Maya's, that was the start of volume 6.
OR maybe it says five volumes because so far there are only five tankobon. I don't think the sixth volume has been released in tankobon form.

i was thinking why because in the last chappie he was thinkig about chun sam and his family and how he viewed himself as superior to chun sam because he had something he needed but he realized that he was wrong and how much chun sam actually cared for him and the guilt was consuming him.
so it can go two ways.. in his moment of vulnerability he'll call chun sam and cry his heart out or being confronted with the same situation he was liking to his and chun sam relationship he'll call his coworker to come pick him up because he's feeling guilty and feeling as though he doesn't deserve chun sam's kindness
