My mother is pretty "controlling" if you can call it that. I always have to tell her where I go and with whom which is pretty normal but she asks like I never come back. Even when I tell her I go alone she just doesn't believe me. My parents also fight a hella lot and they keep checking on me every 10 minutes which makes me very uncomfortable. So I go out for strolls because everything home is so suffocating.
