OMG THIS NOVEL!!! it was good, but def something I have mixed feelings about/could not read without preparing myself lol. others may disagree but i LOVED THE MC!!! he was so realistic (like emotionally immature, (socially) anxious, and insecure the way that teenagers are! or maybe it was just me…) and his character growth to just not giving a fuck… immaculate. the ML… well… he’s a fucking drama queen who needs to get it together lmfao those rosary beads of his will always be iconic but i will never forgive him for the middle of the novel where he outcasts the MC and gets him bullied…. he deserved to have more done to him tbh but anyway LOL i will be skipping that part of the webtoon (i cannot go through that again…. my heart) but i will be enjoying the beginning and the ending
(kinda spoilers based on ridi reviews) hmmm i heard the novel version of this shows scenes of crimes based on (or at least very similar to) the nth room criminal case (taking videos of underage girls) so not sure how i feel about this serialization…. it supposedly contains the usual hardcore shit you would expect like NTR and gang non con and stuff like that (according to the ridi reviews) so i guess if you enjoyed manhwas like no reason or non zero sum game you would like this…. imma pass it seems like the ending is super uncomfortable and there’s no clear resolution (think mind break and legit stockholm syndrome and all that)

emphasizing what all the other comments in saying this plot sucks. to explain further, the top being trash is not what makes it bad - scummy characters *can* be written well. but not here. the top basically is an overgrown child who despises adults and adult behavior (i.e., having a job. having responsibilities. or when the bottom is tired from a long day at work and doesn’t want to drink and pull an all night after his 9-5. man this bitch (the top) is a real piece of work). literally the bottom will be like “hey you should eat breakfast” and the top will go on some chunni internal rant about how boring the bottom is as an adult (???????) and then all of the sudden, the top (who is literally just shit talking the bottom the entire time) realizes that he’s in love with the bottom out of NOWHERE, and does a 180 where he is suddenly okay with being an adult and getting a job and whatever. what????? man.
i can never take this seriously when the MC says the ML’s name because i keep pronouncing it A-A-ron in my head lmfao
