He started off remembering a lot of things but later in the years he began losing them. He even barely remember the book. So he made notes to remind him who he is and about the novel. But his family threw all his written notes by accident. And his last notes are in his notebook that is just 1 page.(its chp5)

That might've been true for the first appearance, but he was giving major weirdo vibes in chapter 4. The way he was upset that someone might've visited, the way he got more upset when there were signs that someone did... Red flags on the field.

Also, if the kid is his, that means he knocked the dude up as soon as he left the hospital. That's really weird. But, again, that's only if it's his kid.

The baby has the same eyes color as the old guy and mc. If the baby is the old guy’s baby, then it is very suspicious. That is why people think he is creepy.

It’s really suspicious that the Hyung never helped him find his real identity. He was a national figure, so all he had to do was walk into a hospital and let them know he had amnesia. Taehan may have been overwhelmed by his injuries, amnesia, possible brain injuries, and the strain of the baby, but anyone who genuinely cared about him should have known better. He is concerned because Taehan never found out his identity, is living under a false name, and may be taken advantage of in some way.
If I found my friend, significant other, or ex under those conditions I would also be extremely suspicious of a person who enabled and pushed them to live under a made up identity instead of going through the basic steps to recover their original identity when they are considered a missing person. All of his friends and colleagues were likely worried sick and looking for him. MC definitely was.
I’m pretty sure Taehan trusts the Hyung because of the “support” he gave after the accident, but didn’t have the context to understand there were ulterior motives. The second he started recovering his memories that guy started acting squirrely and weird. If he was just well meaning in a less than ideal way he wouldn’t be acting like he has stuff to hide.
I think he may be someone affiliated with the gym who wanted to keep Taehan away from MC. National athletes are like cash cows that bring money and prestige to the gyms and coaches that raised them. Taehan was pregnant, so his career was going on hold no matter what, but if MC knew about the baby, he would try to support them. This way, the rising star stays focused on his career and the only possible distraction is hidden away safely with amnesia and a spy to steer things in the right direction
