I think that when the boy suffered abuse from his former partner he began to fantasize as a way to escape from what is real and what can hurt him, so now he is scared and feels bad for having made the other boy jealous because of his own fantasy, like the seme really felt jealous of himself and had this desire to make the fantasy him disappear from the wandering mind of the uke. Like he wants to get noticed by being the real him, idk anymore.

And yeah, I also think it's kind of stupid to make them love each other out of nowhere in just two or three days.
