Murder in fiction isn’t the same as glamorizing or excusing real-life crimes committed by fictional characters. No one’s defending murderers in books as ‘totally fine people.’ But saying ‘I don’t care that this character is a rapist lol’ is disturbing because it normalizes sexual violence lol

The pacing is also ABYSMAL. It’s way too rushed. Not only is the art worse (imo), the story feels cheapened by the lack of tension and build up. Also, the characters are extremely different than they were before the art style change. It’s almost like they’re entirely different characters. Both the way the characters behave and their relationships between each other have drastically changed. It’s probably harder to draw the new art style but it’s SUPER inconsistent… the new colors are way worse, and like I just said, the new art is super inconsistent. Why tf did they change both the art and the pace… totally fucked the story over. The original art style was less detailed, but far more consistent.
