don't think the kid is really a kid. think his form is shrunk down to a child because of the failed summon. and after this i can't tell if he likes or dislikes our main character. i wonder what he is about. this is very interesting even though it is also goofy.

he forgave him? what is he a saint or a fool? what am i saying i would 'forgive' him too. but cat boy would be on probation and there would be rules of "stop bitching about stuff i can't control." and the other part is that i would treat cat boy as a fair weather friend. someone whom is useful for some stuff but not all stuff. no trust in him at all, more so since he is an idiot whom doesn't know when someone is concerned. pretty much i would see if the friendship we have would help him improve into a better person. that or just say "yeah, we're friends." but leave the boy on read.
besides being so saintly and good natured, this shows growth, okay so he messed up but he did it out of concern. our rich boy is growing up nicely.
this is a good chapter, showing how when one side or both sides don't listen to each other, they will use whatever they grab from the other side as a sideshow attraction. making matters worse for the war. these small acts ad to bigger. they normally start with animals but eventually it goes to the people of the communities. i wonder if they will show the demons doing the same thing on their side since i am sure it is mutual.
that said, this is a good chapter showing how mao is growing and able to bond with many different things. louie and mao are both showing the signs of good kings.
this kinda is amusing as there is another manga recently about raising a child that loves you. the different approaches to it is very interesting. this one has a rather amusing concept of "if i was bored of or displeased by the child i would destroy them" but the whole community that took the child in just adore the child and love the fact he is different from them yet willing to bond with them. and the child, now grown, can look back and note the one he is falling in love with is one he marked long ago. the personalities are both complex and vague as it is just the first chapter, but it is interesting.
i am a bit annoyed, not because they are older, but rather their kid is still young. they adults aged up much faster than any offspring they have. i would like to see their kids grow with them.
Wdym? Main couple looks exactly the same, judging from Seme appearance in first chapter (I will not pretend I remember all those names hahaha). Kids are growing, it’s even shown how little fella starting to be independent and dress himself. Did you by any chance mistook grandfather with his lover with main couple?
it is just a few lines, but they shouldn't look like they are in the 40s already when we saw them in their 20s at the start of their stories (when they met in a previous book) like they should get older but the kid's speed of growth to the parents seems slow. like i would have liked the kid to be a little bit bigger and taller to match his parents. i know the differences since i been reading.
