well he took a sudden turn. does fear make him fall in love? got scared by his love threatening people whom were threatening him, and now they are gooey love. i was hoping for more of the whole helping the family secretly but we see and him not getting love confessions like every 15 seconds. like dude's dialouge is 80% saying i love you.

this is a quirky little romance but they finally have it said that they are in love. everyone else already figured it out, but the main couple. well more of the main character since after their second tea ceremony, all they had was eyes for the other.
