man poor guy is just dealing with the political drama. Like i can understand shagur. As a kid things went to hell, he fixed it as best as a child could. Then people caged him in fear so he blew up to escape, so they sealed his magic out of fear. And now he is back with these people years later after having escaped them before. Literally all their problems were caused by the royals whom seem to really like shagur to be their pawn. Fio seems to be the only one whom doesn't care because he is too young. Seriously, let the dude be himself and free. I kinda wonder if Fio will figure out how to remove the seal and give Shagur's power of choice back.

the mom part was wild. Like they did cover that the mom could be affected by the pheromones but also will not cross the family lines. She loves her son as her son. The twins are hinted to having different fated mates, but at the same time maybe both having same fated mates. It is very weird, but since they both fall for the same guy it is fine. I am glad their fighting isn't horrible but rather normal fighting. Though got to say i could barely tell the twins apart.
i will state this again, just hire the demon lord and make him a work with the hosts. he would totally give the shippers something to enjoy. Hell, i would pay just so i can poke at the demon king's clothes and ask him questions.

truthfully, he might be salty as he might have been told to bring our main to the castle when they found out fio's issues while he is a second prince. After all if you have a dude whom can't use his magical energy and is known for having tons of it and a dude whom can't produce a drop while having tons of status and talent, it is clear to make them come together. So odds are luso fell for our main so doesn't tell anyone where he is and is now upset beyond belief that the thing he was working so hard on avoiding came to pass naturally in the walls he thought was safe.
