I think its Sehun's 360 with his attitude. A few ch back he was like 'idc you are going on a blind date for marriage n stuff' towards Doyoon, he was pushing Doyoon away to the point it seemed like it really won't make a difference in his life now he is mentally undressing Doyoon in a public space and making sure Doyoon is aware of it. He is also being caring in his own bossy way and bending ways to make concessions for Doyoon. It gives people whiplash. But I can relate in a way bc people have let me know how big a chasm is between me before they knew as a classmate and after they knew me as a friend. Sehun seems that kind of person.
