This manhwa is only for readers who like torture and violence. There's literally no plot or development whatsoever. And none of the characters are interesing and well-written. It is a shame that a novel like this is adapted into a manhwa, even though I love the artist...

I love Doctor Doh very much! How could he be so patient and gentle with MJ? and more importantly, he is very good at communicating!! I think if MJ's love interest wasn't dr. Doh, things wouldn't be as good as now.

I'm confused about whether Lorkan's feelings for Brian/Ian can be considered obsession or love. Because even in the current timeline, Lorkan does not appear to have any sexual interest or desire to have a romantic relationship with Ian. He shows signs of possessiveness, such as he only wants to Ian for himself but not in a romantic way. Tho I don't know if that was his intention or not...
