The novel is not fully translated, but i have finished the 101 chapters that are translated and oh boy T-T
(lots unorganized messy spoilers!!)
You will probably end up conflicted of which ML to choose. Sha Amon is easy to hate, but as the story progresses you can see he truly cares for mc and is changing, but how can he really love him if he doesnt have a human heart? T-T He's basically willing to do ANYTHING for mc except stop killing people. (booooo) Not sure why, but im assuming its bc hes the god of war.
The other ML, Lan Gwen aka pinkie pie, is actually a very skilled magic user and he saved Nain from losing his memories from rituals. Gwen also has level 100 rizz! He shows mc many great things from the world outside of Trastasa like hot cocoa and foreign stories! ^^ he is overall super lovable and i hope he is endgame.
There isnt much shown yet in the manhwa, but basically when Nain is distressed the priests perform a "ritual" to calm him down. But the ritual is actually very harmful and it makes him lose his memories so he is easier to control. There is a specific priest who conducts those rituals and he is evil and in recent chapters he is trying to perform a purification ritual that will end up with hundreds of people dead. (waiting for chapters to be translated, but i have a feeling gwen will help to stop the tragedy)
Also Ru/Lu, the close servant of Nain, ends up leaving his side to become a Resha/Lesha. (The novel switches up using the R's and L's so idrk what to use,,) To be a Resha means you basically give up your life to the god and is bound to die. He is a very sweet character and a good example of how brainwashed everyone is.
There are many festivals that happen in Trastara, but the main two that take place in the story is the Hunting festival (title speaks for itself) and the flooding festival (a very happy festival where people party to celebrate before the rain comes and makes the land fertile).
It is overall a pretty good story, but it is slow paced. So I do recommend letting it marinate for quite some time
I enjoy how this story displays immortality and toxic religious practices without glamorizing it like many other manhwas do.

im only on chapter 30 right now but the ml and basically everyone else besides mc and pink hair like to see people suffering. there was this ceremony where two warrior people fought to death and another scene where people who couldnt swim fell off of a boat <-- the ml found both of those things funny. mc doesnt like it but he cant tell anybody because in this society its very normalized and they are insanely devoted to ml.
other than that, there has been some chemistry building up between mc and pink hair (even tho he did get beat... mc warms up to him tho dw)! but also its clear the ml god guy does care about mc, but the thing is he views humans as if theyre insects.
alsoo its hinting that the mc has a past other than who he is currently living as. like he has unexplained memories of things only commoners would know or he has gaps in his memories.

Yeah, i really recommend this Manga. I know the 403 chapters are really intimidating but you can just go slow if that's your cup of tea. I will say that the more you read, the artstyle gets cleaner(?). I don't know how to really describe it but it's a really fun read!
