Honestly i wouldn't be accepting the MC making assumptions but the uke has like communicated basically nothing - deadpan face and only talk when talked to. We also don't know what he is thinking about, I'm sure he is not cheating but I can't blame the seme for getting upset over assumptions. There is basically no communication from the uke's side.
