i was already crying but the side stories set me off i cannot stop sobbing their past lives ended in so devastatingly but i can live with the consolation that they're happy now and i know they will always find each other whatever the universe or time. i know i'll be coming back to reread this many many times
when i opened the comments and saw everyone hating on jiho i was kind of surprised icl. does anyone else kinda understand him? he genuinely loves inwoo we can see that. it was a bit unthoughtful but evidently he saw his partner struggling so much that he wanted him to heal his unresolved problems with a family member from his past thinking that would help. it was wrong to try to get him to do it twice but i understand that he had good intentions, he was going off his experience of making up with his family and wanted inwoo to experience that healing too
it was so hard to be a jiho defender while Those chapters were still being posted people are treating this poor guy like he killed inwoos whole family instead of understanding everything he did, while being a wrong approach, was coming from a place of love. and he understood that he made mistakes and did his best to right his wrongs because he genuinely does love inwoo and wants to see him heal like its not that difficult

I thought this was pretty good. I was surprised to see the rating and the amount of hate icl. I feel like those saying Cain and Jooin should have ended up together just missed the point entirely...Cain genuinely needed and deserved to find his own peace and happiness within himself. Jooin i love you too they don't get you. He felt very real to me, most of his thoughts seemed very human which made it so much easier to sympathise. Tbh this story was so messyyyy
