He’s not inside a "book"
he’s in his original world that he lived in b4 ,he went through all the things "iheon"(him) had to go through
As a trauma response he made an alternative world(prob In his subconscious )where it’s not omegaverse and he had a mom(the housekeeper)sister(the doctor I think)and the ml he wished for
His world ended when the friend went to America and he transmitted to a book
But in reality he just regressed back in time to his og world
Ml knows detailed things ,cuz he also went back in time ,and wanted to change for the better ,
I’m gonna add a point but I’m not rly sure (I think ml was in the world that mc created ,that’s why he knows the food he likes etc and that would explain the weird things he said when he was the "friend",)it’s pretty confusing
