There are some similar elements, like being born a princess to a father who couldn't care less, but I don't think it's the same story line. With Emperor's Daughter, the setting was a weird mesh of Korean and European society that was incredibly misogynistic and sexist. It also included a couple who were together both in their original lives and in their reincarnated ones, if I'm remembering correctly (I stopped reading it for reasons).
This manga, on the other hand, from what I've read so far, does have a princess born to an uncaring father, but there aren't elements of an outrageously sexist society; magic that, for some reason, could only be found in men; or, thus far, include a lover from the past life who appears in the new reincarnated one. There is also the fact that while in Emperor's Daughter, she still refers to her brothers and father as "bastards," the MC seems to hold less hate for her father in this story and acknowledges the changes he's undergone as a result of his affection for her.
Tl;dr: Similar premise, but ultimately different story lines.
I think you're confusing it with King's Daughter, which has the setting you described.
Daughter of the Emperor doesn't have the misogynistic society of King's Daughter, and has more similarities with this manhua. Especially the beginning where the father was known to almost kill the baby and the princess being raised by a noble nanny. So I can understand some people's concern.

I love The Daughter of the Emperor. You can actually believe in the growth of the characters in that one. Not so much even in this one. Although this one is awesome, too!

I anylized the comic and re read it twice. I think lim is under the seme and works as right wingman he is the one who organizes the missions and he owns the bar where the uke was working.
