hm… this is just my opinion, but his crash out wasn’t exactly what i’d call (internalized) misogyny or anything. although it was indeed not it for him to act like that while nobu was just worried for him! again, just my opinion, but the way i see it, it wasn’t about “women are weak” or anything of sort, but more like, daichi simply didn’t want his masculinity to be taken away. after all, he is a man, and he wanted to be seen as one. it’s more about how the societal expectations of masculinity can be quite toxic. wanting to be seen as s capable and independent man isn’t inherently misogynistic. personally, i think it’s a valid desire to be recognized as who he is (a man) (￣∇￣")
like he did mention, daichi just wanted nobu to view him as an equal. but then again noburu was simply just worried for him, and that he values daichi. this is just my view on it though, so do enlighten me if it doesn’t make much sense (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
