No way, satou ( uke ) is waaaaay to innocent and cute to be kise!!! I mean kise is more of the energetic cheerful playful type (and he totally can be a seme) and the uke here is the cute type, though i guess its nice that he at least have some backbone.

The first couple remind me of Haru x Ren. They have similar feeling such a fluffy (●'◡'●)ﾉ a younger cold kid and an old gentle guy who always take care the other party.

I can certainly hate him. He beat Kei and set him up to be raped while he cheered on the rapists. I don't think there's any forgiveness for acts that foul. I wish that disease of his was fatal, he doesn't deserve the life & family he has now.
