The art and character designs are nice but the plot is so basic it sucks. 10/10 art, 3/10 plot
Story is good but the romance/relationship seems forced. MC had more chemistry with the vice captain (rip) than he did with Princess Hayley. The crown prince is honestly such a cutie pie tho. His shipping of their relationship is the only reason it’s somewhat acceptable.
I’m ignoring the whole thing with his ex to enjoy the story.
If I knew it would end on a cliffhanger I wouldn’t have read it. Decent story tho.

I have it 5 stars because I genuinely liked it, but your absolutely right about the plot holes. Like, why was he in debt? How was it that he was lonely as a kid yet somehow his mom was close enough to financially abuse, or be financially aided by Joachim? Who was Jeurgen's dad? When did he and his mom get back into contact after she abandoned him? Wtf was with the templar king? Was he only obsessed with Joachim because of his power enhancing abilities? Does Juergen know about the magical effect Joachim has on mama users? And how did he both come to be on SIA's radar as well as how and when did he learn to shoot better than an entire facility of magic people?
I'm hoping she's writes a Wind Mesper side story where we learn some of this and more.
