I don’t want the mc to go through with killing him, for his own sake, and not for this murderer. Murdering him now would only wound and damage his conscience so that he could never properly be happy again.
Those trying to stick up for the murderer are very wrong, this boy is not innocent nor will he be in the future. Yes the MC could potentially help the boy to make him a “better man” but if you see the MC then you know for certain they’re in no mental state to help the murderer of his family. Nor could he properly do so with being teleported too and from future to past.
I don’t know how this story is going to continue but don’t go calling the mc stupid for wanting to kill the murderer of his wife and kid. Or that he could do things differently. It’s not like someone will properly help him recover right now.
