for her part okay she's probably seen the news and believes that mc is actually a drug addict so I can see her potentially thinking her brother has "fallen in with the wrong crowd" or whatever, but I can't imagine much of the details of the kidnapping made it to the public so ALL she likely knows is just that. honestly how she came to the conclusion it was mc's fault I don't understand, I doubt the link between the kidnappers and mc was all that clear to outsiders (unless I'm misremembering bc it's been a while since I've read the earlier chapters)
and even if she did know enough details to decide it was mc's fault it's well beyond the pale for her to decide to **confront someone in a hospital bed** about it and scream at him. THAT is why I said his family sucks. the omega brother's reaction is a little more realistic from that perspective, "hey if you want to ruin your life that's on you" but going to someone you don't know to yell at them? that's bitch behavior
