i think the mc will pick the cat and the wolf, the hawk and the weasel will be picked together (they live together as well lol they do comedy i think), the weasel ex tamer will pick the silver hair dog and the mouse who'll end up as a chef, so basically everyone is picked except the skunk and the yandere guy (spots) but the fox will end up giving his green collar to the skunk which leave him with a blue one with spots and they both end up in the shelter.
then 5 years passed i didn't underestand chinese so i think evan (the tamer) and the skunk found a way to change the laws? because at the end of chapter 66 the fox and spots both left the shelter and they were welcomed by the tamer and the fox's friend
