Probably in the stage of using him right now, then he will notice him and get possessive. Then while being utterly possessive he will start to realize why he is possessive. And that will turn in love. Or this is some utter twisted manwha I think these are the steps.
I think he's still mostly in the manipulative stage as his attraction to the artist has been bordering on getting as many paintings done while having a nice, young - and fascinating - thing to ogle while he's boning someone else. Although in the end of the latest update, it seems that Seungho's twisted view of simply using Na-Kyum has been thrown into a loop by the painter's adoration for Inhun that was drunkenly thrown Seungho's way. This is exemplified by him being far more gentle in their intimacy in its tail end than he has ever been for the last 20+ chapters. He is 99% still a douche, but with a 1% longing to be loved and truly cared about. And I hope he'll grow to be genuinely kind to Na-Kyum because that baby deserves nice things (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜

Wowww couldn't have said this better this is so well explained
Agreed. He's been interested in Na-kyum since the first day they met. Well, what can I say... Na-kyum is very pretty for a boy. At first he's just using him to have his sex act captured in a paint but later in the story... Na-kyum piqued his interest. He probably likes seeing him cry too... or his troubled face. There are hints everywhere. For example, in chapter 2... he pats sleeping Na-kyum's head before seeing his painting on the wall no?
I relate to Ruri a lot, I'm introverted, I don't talk to anyone except my family and family's friends. I don't think I can stand up for myself if I were in his shoes, I don't have the courage to do so.
Does the Lord really really like him or is he manipulating him? I can’t really tell. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
