How you do it is
1. Take your screen shots and put them on your computer
2. Upload it to imgur or imgbox
3. (This has to be on the computer) you go to the title page of the manga and scroll down, there you'll find a flag
4. Click on the flag and you'll see options like reporting
5. Report your chapter by writing down the chapter number and pasting the link to the album of screenshots
6. Wait and an admin will eventually upload it to the site
