Actually if you've seen the raws, it might really be a foreshadowing.
Haven't seen the raws, but when I saw his sister in one of the chapters she also had some fangs and even more so her eyes were slit like at times. So it could just be author style or perhaps the uke is beast-kin or even just half like one of his parents are.
