Also this is fiction, the author has the power to create their character as they wants and represents things in different ways. But what is this story about? At this point I don't even know anymore cuz the mc still hasn't learned anything, the "transformation" part is almost useless now, especially if the author doesn't do anything with it as they are doing now.
And still she decided to create a villain who is so forcibly ugly and she decided that that was the factor that our mc wanted to use in their final confrontation. Choises.
If you want to write a story like this at some point you have to do some character development (like in Lookism) and for now there has been none

That was not the point, I mean she was being hypocritical because she saw saying how he shouldn't have so much confidence because of how he looks but that is what they did to her in the beginning, and yes it was never ok for him to try and harass her but she shouldn't say such things especially because she knows how it feels but he should get a proper punishment for trying to harass and almost assault her. But also try to not be so mean to these people they are just expressing how they feel on the matter.
